Doesnt worth its money
Doesnt worth its money i dk how it has 4 stars , breakfast was so poor same menue everyday and no food variaty Pervert reception and if i har enough time i was goin to complain at police and ministry of tourism Bad wifi and poor signal , no tea or coffee or drinking water inside the rooms Nothing good near to the hotel except it has a beach access I really don’t recommend it doesnt worth its money
Fabulous stay and really friendly staff
The hotel was ideal for our stay and had all of the facilities that we were looking for. It had it’s own private passage to the beach. The staff were so helpful to us throughout our stay and were constantly friendly and willing to help us with our queries...
The hotel was clearly renovated recently and our room was very modern and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable but luxurious holiday by the beach.

Clean everywhere. Plenty of sunbeds, pool area very well maintained. Reception staff, excellent, friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for more.

Not missing it, unfortunately!
Positive: pool and most of the staff
Negative:
a) bathroom: no cold water in the bathroom - found out soon after getting
permition to check in the room. Neither maintenance nor us could understand
why this problem had not reported beforehand. It took a while to fix it...
: 1 small bottle of body lotion for 3 people for two days. Disappointing!
: none of us ever managed to get the water temperature right during
showers. It was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Frustrating!
b) bedroom: the TV wasn't working and the remote was the wrong one.
Maintenance had to fix it, too.
c) Pool: not enough sun umbrellas for all the guests. The nice gentleman in charge
of the pool was so apologetic. We were lucky to get one but 18 (I counted them)
sun umbrellas for such a huge hotel is unreal.
: I asked for a small swimming pool side table and was told that there
weren't.
d) Breakfast: my daughter was excited about having a pancake but there wasn't
any. Maybe next week, I was told.
e) Reception: The young girl must have been an intern but she was so impolite at
check out. Collect our key and said nothing.
I'm sorry if I come across as rude but I was very disappointed. I guess I had high
expectations for a Pestana four star hotel.
