Amazing hotel, great staff
Great hotel! We had lovely breakfasts and great gastro dinners. The setting is amazing with a nice view on the sea and the strip of Benidorm. The beach is at walking distance...
If you don’t like the sand between your toes try out the great rooftop jacuzzi in the midst of circling seagulls. But most of all we appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the whole staff: they all speak good English and go the extra mile! We would definitely recommend this hotel. So thank you Eva, Carmen, Pedro, Carlos, Ivan and all the others who took care of us!

My wife and I have just spent 7 nights at the fantastic RH Canfali Gastrohotel which is situated on the beach side of Old Town Benidorm Spain. This very classy 4-star hotel is a true delight sitting on the edge of the ocean and offering first class accommodation and service from very professional staff speaking perfect English. The quality of furnishing and linen is of the highest standard...
We stayed on a room and breakfast basis but found the breakfast in need of some very slight improvement e.g the plates could be warmed.

Amazing food …. Amazing staff special thanks to Rachel and Lucia , very clean and friendly… highly recommend…. I even hurt my foot and handy man carried me down the stairs…...

We visited this hotel for a friend's 60th birthday, and we were not disappointed. Amazing location and top quality hotel with amazing views from the roof top and hotel bar. The staff in particular were fantastic. Our friend left the whole contents of her holiday spending money in the hotel bar upon arrival...
When she returned to the bar, the staff had found it and put it safely behind the bar. This was greatly appreciated. I would recommend paying a little extra and booking a room with a balcony. The views are beautiful. I would say, this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in around the world and I have travelled far. Highly recommend Benidorm Old Town. Never been to Benidorm before, but I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return, and definitely will be staying at RH Canfali. Thank you staff for making my friends holiday so special.

We stayed here for a really cheap deal and didn’t expect it to be this nice, I didn’t get any photos of the room sadly, only a video and can’t upload that. This hotel is so clean and so much nicer than we expected. The staff are so lovely and cater any need...
As you walk out the entrance of the hotel, there’s a balcony view as we’re up a cliff, it’s gorgeous 😍. The town as well is so nice and I would highly recommend coming, I’ll definitely be coming back here at some point.
On the top floor, there’s a hot tub with such an amazing view and the roof has all chairs and sun loungers set out, it’s amazing 🤩. There are buttons to turn the bubbles on, don’t just sit in the Luke warm water like we did ahahah.
10/10 experience here.
