Fantastic stay at helios so clean staff are a amazing check in and check out quick food choice really good something for everyone you will need to diet when you get home drinks reasonable and also close to beach night life ect 5 mins walk and no noise near hotel at night everything perfect loved it and will stay again

Spa and massage at extra charge. Big rooms - double and single bed, big balconies, fridge in room however no tea making facilities. Wardrobe space is limited - single wardrobe, shelving units, no drawers. Staff were really pleasant and attentive. Excellent value for money. Evening entertainment is very limited however plenty of entertainment bars on doorstep.

Just came back from a 5 night stay here. Perfect location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Room was really spacious with a balcony...
Close enough to the strip but not close enough to hear the music. The pool area was good with plenty of sun beds. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

my husband and my dad visited the Helios three weeks ago and we had a wonderful time. Check in was speedy and the rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfy. The pool is heated so was wonderful to get in and lots of beds. The restaurant is the best we have experienced in Benidorm and the location is perfect for bars and access to the seaside...

Excellently located hotel close to the action but quiet enough that you can get some sleep and relax by the pool area . Beds are probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a hotel . The staff are outstanding - friendly and professional ...
I have to mention the cleaners as the hotel is absolutely spotless throughout - not a speck of dust in the entire place . Free safe in the room is a real plus . Only improvement I can suggest is a kettle as standard in every room - I need a cup of tea when I wake up !
