The hotel is situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, 2500 metres away from the city centre and 600 metres from the Levante beach. There is a bus stop 300 meters away. Alicante airport is 60 km away. This hotel offers a total of 195 double/twin rooms, all of them with balcony. It offers a 24 hours reception desk with money exchange service, an air conditioned restaurant with views to the pool, bar café, TV and reading room and internet service. All rooms have a balcony and come equipped with bathroom, TV, phone, air conditioning, heating and safety deposit boxes (local charge apply). The hotel offers a sun terrace with two swimming pools and a hot tub. Clients may use sun beds and parasols as well as a small pool bar and showers. There is a daily and evening entertainment program. All meals are offered with a buffet style.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Let down by lack of air conditioning

Don’t book if you expect air con in rooms. They won’t switch it on until June. That’s what hotel told me yesterday 12 may

Staying here at the moment brilliant place very very clean staff are all friendly food is good close to everything 5 min walk to the beach bars restaurants all close rooms are cleaned every day nice room view of the pool 211 the sun terrace is amazing pool is clean plenty of sun beds highly recommend

this hotel has a great location its very clean the staff are wonderful the food is very good we have stayed at the regente several times and it has never dropped its standards from the reception to the maids i would recommend a stay here for both couples and families,once again well done to jet2 for the travel we had no complications at all as this time we had the needs of the special assistance who helped us at both airports well done jet2

Rooms Good Food Good Drinks Good Hotel in good position Entertainment OK was better before covid maybe get better when things pick up. Natxo mad as a box of frogs GREAT GUY you cant miss him. Overall must be good have booked to go again later in year.

Hit & Miss

To say we had a fabulous week in October 2021 …

We was slightly disappointed with the week when we stayed at your hotel 🏨

Arrived late at night , no food was provided no drinks provided , (Before you used to get a bag with a sandwhich , fruit & yogurt)

We got Room 406 kind off a pool view not too bad , the sun hit the balcony in the afternoon which was lovely

But why did You put a baby next door to us! All it did was cry cry and cry! There was 3 adults in our room 1 over 50+ 1 over 40+ and me who is 19 , we have hidden disabilities so we rely on our sleep , we did not want to hear that baby screaming all the time and all day & night (especially when it rained and we was in the room)

Breakfast & Dinner was a let down personally, most days I just stuck to Salad and the cold section. Deserts were brilliant fabulous selection of choice , lovely ice cream as well

I have currently returned home to the UK and recently I have not been well I am currently getting tested for Legionnaires Disease this will have been caused by Your Facilities

I went from the 22nd of April to the 29th of April if anyone else is unwell too

Might return in October depending on my test results and price ££

Says 4 stars ⭐️ But I would only Give it 3.5/5
