Costa Blanca

Boasting a fantastic rooftop pool with a panoramic view to the Mediterranean Sea, this friendly hotel enjoys a prime location in the centre of Benidorm, at only a few steps from the beach and within easy access of the old town, the Marina and Benidorm's main entertainment options. Travellers can find many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and a golf-club is available within a 10-minute drive away. Thanks to its great setting, the establishment offers an ideal base to spend a relaxing family holiday or a short break from the daily grind. The accommodation units come all with air-conditioning, a fully-equipped bathroom and functional furniture. Guests may enjoy international cuisine as well as typical Spanish specialities at the on-site restaurant, which also offers fantastic theme nights. After a long day, travellers may relax while sipping a delicious drink in the hotel's cafeteria or by taking a refreshing dip into the rooftop swimming pool.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Perfect location

Review by Suzanne P Oxford, United Kingdom

This hotel was fantastic. Perfect location with just a minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about a three minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing and friendly and the facilities were spotless. The room was great, we had the superior...

The A/c was a great bonus as the weather was very hot while we were there. If I had a tiny comment it would be not much shade at the pool however this is just my personal choice. I would definitely recommend and would consider staying again for sure.

Great staff and lovely hotel

Didn't have high expectorant the hotel , considering the price. But when we arrived. We couldn't believe how nice the decor of the hotel was, and how clean and bright it was. The room was very nice. Comfortable beds, TV with English channels, and a balcony. The shower was a walk in shower that was nice and powerful. We didn't meet one member of staff that wasn't cheerful, friendly and helpful...

The rooftop pool isn't particularly big. But more than adequate. The photos of the rooftop pool area dosent come close to doing it justice. The area is much nicer and bigger than the Internet shows. It also has a nice bar that is cheap. The location is fantastic as well. About 100 yards from the beach front. And close to shops and restaurants. Including a 3 minute walk to tapas alley that has fantastic restaurants.

A weekend with Great Friends

Superb Hotel in a great location. The Voramar brakes the rules of being a typical Hotel all rooms had AC that worked and the walk in showers are fantastic. I took 5 friends that have never been to the Voramar before and they all said that when they return to Benidorm that are will book the Voramar...

Great staff, lovely roof top terrace and of very clean and tidy. Top 10

Location not Views

Review by scottlley Manchester, United Kingdom

Transport Alicante airport is approx 44km away. We got a bus 1 way which was €10 and had a few drop offs, before ours and a taxi on return which was the rather pricy but quicker €85. The taxi was organised via hotel reception & was perfect despite the price which seems to be the safe everywhere...

Check In An initial weird set up on arrival with a lift that goes up 1 floor to reception (there are steps though after you realise!) Woman on reception was friendly we arrived late in the night (about 11pm) so she knew who we were, had to show the paperwork which surprised me but also decent to check, only small complaint would be we weren’t told much about the hotel ie: Wi-Fi password, kettle and safe etc, although I’ll give her the benefit of doubt and she may have realised we were tired as it being quite late.

Breakfast 8-10am A fairly small 2 hour window serving mainly an English / Continental selection. All wonderfully fresh, some strange British people may complain about the bacon / sausages but these are them weird people who forget they’re not sat in their own home and in a Spanish hotel and are never happy. Drinks were from a machine and made the best cappachino ever I had I have to say.

We only did B&B so I can’t comment on lunch/dinner.

Bar Live Spanish artist every night with a dance floor based in the cellar, lots of people on the dancefloor which was good to see, we had 1 beer which was the most expensive we paid for our whole stay there which was €5, not a complaint just something that we noticed as on the roof it’s €2.50.

Room There isn’t a view and if it’s a view you’re wanting then this maybe isn’t the hotel for you, we did have a balcony overlooking a courtyard . TV had plenty of channels, a small fridge, room was cleaned every day. A shower only, no bath. A safe (deposit is required) I think €5 deposit and €2 per day, it’s an old school one that requires a key rather than electric. Kettle was also available with a €10 deposit.

Pool It’s on the roof. Not big enough for a swim was my initial thought but I was slowly turned, it’s a really nice area, has a bar, beds, music, some umbrellas for shade and a really good vibe about the place. They do have parties up there but cannot comment as I didn’t go, I’d imagine it to be really good if the afternoon vibe is anything to go by, you get to see the tip of the sea and the sun going down too up there if that’s your thing.

Location Absolutely 10/10 for where it is, it’s literally central for both new town and old town, it’s 60 seconds from a beach, it’s 30 seconds from a shop, there’s a taxi rank outside. I mean what else would you need! Fantastic.

Overall I’d definitely stay here again, location is king. We’ve even mentioned it to others on where to stay. No point for me staying somewhere with an amazing view that’s a pain to get to, we did walks every day as it’s probably central to both Poniente & Levante beach. For the nightlife in the old town you’re 2 mins away on the doorstep or a night in the new town a taxi on your doorstep or a 15 min walk. Food is nice, rooms are clean and my only 2 small gripes of a small pool & no view are impossible to change but that’s what misses them out on a 5 star review rather than a 4. Viva Voromar!
