COVID restrictions in destinations

If Mercury Holiday cancels your holidays in response to COVID Restrictions imposed in your destination, our Customer Experience team will contact you to discuss your options. Your options include:

  • Amending to a later period or alternative destination. Please note that the price of your holiday may be greater than or less than your existing holiday and you will be required to pay or be refunded the difference. Mercury Holidays does not charge amendment fees although supplier fees may apply.
  • Receiving a full cash refund within 14 days in accordance with the requirements under the Package Travel Regulations.

Since restrictions can change at short notice, we make decisions as to whether holidays can continue on a rolling basis 14 days prior to departure.

Our Customer Experience team will contact you in priority of departure order, there is no need to contact us.
