COVID Promise to you

The well-being of our customers is our top priority. We've put the following measures in place for your peace of mind so you can book with confidence.

Fully Refundable Holidays

If your holiday is prevented from going ahead in the event of

  • Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) advising against all but essential travel to your destination
  • COVID restrictions imposed in the UK making it illegal to depart on holiday
  • COVID restrictions in your destination prohibiting tourism

You will be entitled to receive a full cash refund within 14 days, alternatively you may amend your holiday. Please note that since restrictions can change at short notice we are making decisions as to whether holidays can continue on a rolling basis 14 days prior to departure.

No Amendment Fees

Whilst the COVID pandemic persists we will not charge any amendment fees.

It’s important to realise that supplier charges are not within our control and therefore additional costs may be levied by airlines and/or hotels if you make a change. These costs are likely to increase as you get closer to your original departure date.

ABTA & ATOL Protected

Book with confidence knowing that your money is protected. Our ABTA and ATOL membership ensures that your holiday is fully protected.

COVID19 Testing Service

Entry requirements both in the UK and your destination may require that you take a COVID-19 test.

We have teamed up with The Travel Visa Company who will be able to arrange COVID-19 tests from just £17.99.

Help with completing Passenger Locator forms

We have teamed up with The Travel Visa Company who provide a service whereby you can complete your Passenger Locator Form for return to the UK in advance and they will submit it on your behalf within 48 hours of your return. They can also assist with Passenger Locator Forms for some other destinations.
